| Buyer Conditions · You understand that all items are aftermarket parts, intended for show or off-road purposes only. · All orders must include a phone number and Make/Model/Year of the car and the # of doors you have. · If you wish to inquire about your order status or payment, please supply us with your 4-digit invoice number and last name. · We are not responsible for the installation costs Damaged Items · All orders are shipped fully insured. · Before the item arrives the driver will call you to arrange an appointment to deliver your package, this is why providing a phone number is so important. · Once an appointment is setup the driver will arrive to your door, please inspect the package for any damages. · You spent a lot of money on your item, it is your duty to take the time and the driver’s time to make sure that your item is inspected very carefully. · If there are any damages then please ask the driver to note them on the delivery receipt. · If the driver is not being helpful, give us a call we will set them straight. · Our contract with our shipper states that they will reimburse and/or replace 100% of the damage that occurs during transit as long as both the driver and the receiver sign the delivery receipt stating the package came damaged during shipment. If you were unable get a damaged goods confirmation, we cannot file a claim to get your money back. Fitment Issues · While the only 100% guarantee of fitment is OEM, our products require little to no modifications. However, we will do all in our capacity to help you with fitment problem. · Superimpose the part onto your car as if you were about to install it, take photos and send us the pictures via email or post mail. · We will have one of our mechanics evaluate the situation and give you the best advice on how to proceed, or approve you for an exchange. · If the item is modified or painted in any way we cannot allow you to exchange it. · This procedure is standard and there are no “if”, “ands” or “buts”. Returns/Exchanges · Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Rushkits and must have a valid RMA number.
